About JA Inspire
JA Inspire is a coalition of educators and industry leaders, led by Junior Achievement of Rhode Island. At the center of our work is a powerful career exploration fair.
The program include a six-session curriculum prior to the career fair. The curriculum, available in English and Spanish, is accessed in a digital format, and can be self-guided, teacher-led, or a hybrid of both. Physical copies can be made available on request. This year, the JA Inspire capstone experience will be an in-person career exploration fair for 8th grade students that takes place at the Rhode Island Convention Center from December 13th-14th, 2022 to learn about high school, college, and career opportunities available right here in Rhode Island.
Careers highlighted will include opportunities from local businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and educational organizations. Each booth may highlight career paths, education requirements, and salary ranges.
